Our Company

I’ve been around the oil business since I was seven years old, as my brother-in-law was the general manager of Benedict Oil in New Haven. Later, I was a partner in A+A Fuel Service incorporated with my brother Anthony in 1982.

I formed Rivercliff Fuel in November 1991.

Our first oil tanker was a 1990 International and we were a COD delivery with oil burner service.

In 1993 we purchased our first fuel oil software program and offered Auto Delivery using the “Degree Day System”.
Within 4 years, we went from from hundreds of customers to thousands and from COD to full service employing our own Service Techs.

Our service department has changed in the last year. We are extremely thorough, checking everything from fuses and breakers to the chimney and everything in between.

We fix it the first time, eliminating call backs. On the very rare occasion that a call back does occur, you don’t pay again.

Our future goals are the same as our past two goals, Service… Service… Service.
